I thought I knew how to blog when I started blogging, but no I didn’t.
I thought by becoming a blogger I would have followers instantly, but it’s more than that.
I thought blogging was all about making a post, but it’s more than that.
I thought each post will attract many likes, but on Day 1 I had 1.
I thought I would have so much time for other things, but blogging needs time
I have a different song after joining blogging 101.
I have a beautiful site, and now I can do a lot.
I have followers, and I myself am a follower.
I post, reply to comments, and then visit other blogs.
I have had many likes, at least it’s now more than 1.
I do other things, but I have time to blog.
My new status gives me a reason to believe that I will grow.
COOL… I like … I feel the same rrrsss

Yes, blogging takes a lot of time and dedication: especially in the beginning. But if you keep posting and connecting with other bloggers eventually your readership will grow. It sounds like you’ve been doing those things, and are starting to reap the rewards.

I had the a lot of the same thoughts when I started blogging in August… I find it hard to believe though, that anyone wants to read what I have to say LOL! I’ll take it though! You’re doing so well, and I must say, I LOVE the swan in your header.. the symbolism of that beautiful bird is just awesome! Keep up the great job! 🙂

Hey, this is so true for each of us new beginners. It does seem so easy and smooth in the beginning p, hard when you face the reality and then a few days change your whole perspective about it.

That was it. It looked so easy but in reality demands more than what one did not imagine. I am happy that we have all passed that stage, and now we are on a new level. Thank you for stopping by.

I have to say that even though I didn’t post on the Reason to Believe prompt, I clearly have a reason to believe in my blog, posting and sharing with others this journey. I also agree wholeheartedly with you that it’s not just about the post. The relationships developing between us bloggers, the support, knowing you are not going it alone as well as telling your story are all parts of this picture. Keep writing and we are out here cheering you on.

Hello,
“Reason to believe” is one of my favourite songs by Rod Stewart. Later, I discovered the original by Tim Hardin. Recently, I enjoyed the cover of Neil Young on the album “A Letter home”.
